Born and raised in the area of Claremont and Upland he has seen firsthand the growth of the population, infrastructure and housing stock. He majored in Finance, Real Estate, and Law at California Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA.

Donald has been recognized as an expert in real estate and serves as an “Expert Witness” and has testified in the Superior Courts of the California counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino. He has also been appointed by the Courts to list and sell homes as well as to provide an opinion to a property’s market value. Donald has completed retrospective and current market value appraisals, rental surveys, and reports related to the impact of damages to real property.

He has authored numerous articles for newspapers and journals including the Inland Daily Bulletin, Redlands Daily Facts, Lab Coat Agents, RISMedia, and The 909 Magazine. Mr. Mowery has also created and provided seminars for real estate offices and the California Bar Association. He has been a featured speaker at Inman Connect New York 2016, 2016 RE/MAX Broker/Owner Conference and realtor.com Results Summit.

He has built a company with a “customer first vision,” providing “outstanding value” and an “always be learning philosophy.”  Regarding his real estate transactions, he has completed multi-millions of sales in both residential /commercial transactions including short/distress sales and marital dissolution sales. The team successfully closed more over 178 transactions with a sales dollar exceeding $85 million in 2016 alone.
